At the Salon:
Dr. Drew Ramsey broke down the latest research in brain science, nutrition and mental health to illuminate the connection between what we eat and how we feel. Dr. Ramsey called attention to the twelve essential vitamins and minerals most critical to your brain and body –many of which are missing in the average American diet. He highlighted eight food categories to increase those key nutrients (as well as fiber, phytonutrients, and more) in our diet and encourage our brain health.
